THEY ARE SCAMMERS! We made a reservation for the same day and without realizing it, the date changed automatically to the next day. We called at the minute and the girl told us not to worry, that she was writing it down and canceling the reservation but that you can't book on Sundays and that's why the date itself changes. okay I have called about 20 times and have only been able to speak to reception 3 times, each time they say call back the next day. I have left several messages and no one says anything. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WITHOUT ANY KIND OF EDUCATION.

Mi apartamento era duplicado pero abajo no tiene armario,hace falta para guardar ropa la media mampara de la ducha fatal se sale el agua,no hay fregona,y no te cambian las toallas que use para secar eso,la piscina verde 2 días no la pudimos usar,la ducha no funcionó nunca entonces nadie se ducha al entrar ni salir,había 2 campamentos de niños cuando fui,si sanidad fuera yo creo que lo cerraría,el césped era de 20 cm de alto y con flores 💐 entonces muchas abejas alrededor.

El entorno precioso, la atención bastante buena, el desayuno muy aceptable, pero el apartamento bastante sucio y dejado, muchas cosas rotas, la limpieza brilla por su ausencia, además te hacen sacar la basura y dejarlo todo limpio. No volveré

Estuvimos hace unos años y las zonas comunes de juego han sido abandonadas. El apartamento es pequeño para 6 y eso que nosotros fuimos 3, 1 solo armario roto con lo que no pudimos sacar la ropa de la maleta en 5 días, sin casi menaje y el edificio necesita una gran reforma,puertas de habitaciones rayadas, paredes sucias, sin ascensor del sábado al lunes (y seguía averiado). El bufet de la cena está bien, el del desayuno más justito ya que no variaron nada en 4 días. Es verdad que la habitación con desayuno y cena de 4 días vale 600 euros, pero hay unos mínimos que hay que cumplir.

Los colchones son incomodisimos ,te clavas los muelles hace muchos años que no los cambian La cajonera del armario todos caidos ,por llamarlo de alguna manera, porque es un armario empotrados con puertas correderas rotas que ni cierran están estropeadas. Las camas son camastros es decir un somier con patas

La comida más tiesa que una chancla,las habitaciones (si se les puede llamar así)destrozadas,a mi amigo al ducharse cerró la puerta fuerte porque no cerraba y se cayeron seis azulejos de la pared de la ducha lo cual tuvimos que limpiar porque las limpiadoras no hacian nada,agua fría,enchufes que no funcionan,lamparas rotas...y encima nos cobran 10 € de fianza,una estancia deplorable.adjunto pruebas

En resumen hay porros en las habitaciones y pasillos la mayoría de enchufes no van y seguramente no tengan presupuesto para poner unos pezecillos para que la ducha no resbale las camas están rotas y la comida es lo único que me ha gustado la de limpiar no se la saben

Este hotel (por llamarlo de alguna manera) es lamentable,la comida pésima y la limpieza y mantenimiento nulo. Las estufas no funcionan,las puertas no cierran,las estufas se caen solas,las perchas se caen solo con mirarlas,paredes en las últimas,suelo roto,la ducha mejor ni hablar,a las camas le faltan tablas... Bueno con todo lo anterior dicho si deseas venir aquí allá tú elección.

El apartamento era espacioso y las camas cómodas pero lo mejor ha sido realmente el personal. Los camareros del buffet han sido muy atentos y educados. Sobretodo nos ha encantado el equipo de animación formado por los monitores Aida y Fer que han hecho que la estancia para los niños sea una experiencia de 10 con todas sus actividades y su estupenda actitud y dedicación.
